Nitrile butadiene rubber o rings is a type of elastomer known for its excellent oil and chemical resistance properties and has better resilience and better sealing performance.The material has UV resistance, ozone resistance, aging resistance and longer service life.

Oil resistance is a very important characteristic of rubber material, rubber orings in many cases need to be used in a variety of oily media environment, oil resistance characteristics is a very important parameter of rubber o rings, but the oil resistance of various rubber materials is also different.

The fuel resistance of butadiene rubber increases with the increase of acrylonitrile content.

Ordinary butadiene rubber compound can not work for a long time in acidic gasoline at 125 degrees. Only the use of cadmium oxide activated low sulfur - sulfur donor and white carbon black as the main raw materials of butadiene rubber, can be better acid resistant gasoline. Increasing the content of acrylonitrile can reduce the permeability of acid gasoline.
