Precautions for mold use:

(1) : check that there are no foreign matters in the mold cavity and core.

(2) : check the normal operation of the mold ejection mechanical system.

(3) : check that there are no impurities blocking the mold gate and the cooling system is normal.

(4) : check whether the mold safety side lock is open, etc.

(5) : mold maintenance required:

After the mold is used, the cavity and core should be cleaned, and no debris should be left to avoid damaging the mold and spraying antirust agent. Tuo: there must be no residual cooling water in the cooling system of the mould. It must be cleaned up to prevent the mould from rusting and blocking the water path.

The mechanical standard parts of the mold should be coated with oil, such as: guide pillar - thimble - reset rod - lower guide pillar, etc.

After the mold is closed, cover the mold with dust-proof cloth to avoid dust entering the mold and causing the mold to rust.
