Q1. What is your MOQ?
A: At the aim at long term cooperation.MOQ is up to your request,just samples for checking quality and test the market.
Q2. Can I get samples?
A:Sure, we usually provide exiting samples for free , but a little charge for custom designs.
Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by Fedex, UPS ,TNT or DHL.
If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge by trade assurance
order.
Q3.How long is the sample lead time?
A: Within 72 hours for stock samples, 5-7 days for customized design, depending on whether they need new printing screen .
Q4. How long is the production lead time?
A: Normally within 10-15days for quantity within 2000pcs,can be faster according to the order quantity and design.
Q5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: Our own designer will promptly make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on your JPG, AI, cdr, or PDF.
Q6.How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with Pantone matching System. So you can just tell use the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular and hot selling colors to you.
Q7: What is your payment term?
A: For small order below USD500 amount , usually we need 100% in advance . For order amount over USD500 we could accept 30% deposit and 70% before shipping . The payment needs to be settle via alibaba trade assurance order.
