Yes we have factory and has been in this field for more than ten years.

2. Can I get some samples? Are they free?

Yes you can get sample for testing before bulk order, however samples are not free. But the cost can be refundable after mass order.

3. What is the delivery time?

Usually for the standard products, the delivery time is 3-7 working days depends on quantity. For customized products, the delivery time is 7-15 working days depends on quantity.

4. What about the after-sale service?

We provide all technical supports of our products. if there is a screen doesn’t work, free parts will be sent free for you to replace. if spare parts are not working then we will send new screen for you.

5. Can we use our own logo for the products?

Yes you can use your own logo for our products. If the logo mark needs to be customized then the MOQ should be more than 10 pieces.

6. Does the see through displays need the backlight?

Yes it needs the backlight so usually usually we recommend clients to install in a box where there is enough space to install the led light.
